We have completed an additional server upgrade on 12/1/08 .
The upgrades are neccessary so that we may continue to accomodate
our steadily increasing web traffic demand from our site visitors /customers .
During the past few days during the upgrades we experieced some outages and
some of you may have been unable to connect to us or experienced long page load times .
We are happy to announce that the upgrades have been completed and we
are now on new servers which can better accomodate our website's high traffic demand .

We have finally completed our server cutovers and upgrades .
Our online customer service dept server cutovers have been completed also  .
If contacting online customer service , you may now contact the dept at
our normal contact address which is :  customersupport@wallhangings4u.com  

During the past 72 hours our online customer service dept servers have been down
completely for the cutover and our personnel have been unable to pull up any account
information to reference inquiries of any kind , with this cutover and upgrade completed
our online personnel can / will now resume their normal functions without delay .
If you are awaiting a reply , you can expect your reply within the next 24 - 48 hours without delay .
Our new merchandise lines and sections will now also be uploaded and updated within
the next 24 - 72 hours as well as many other updates and features to enhance your 
experience here at wallhangings4u.com
We will also be resuming online credit card purchasing complete with
shopping cart in the weeks to come , our techs are formulating this at present .

We are presently doing a number of upgrades and enhancements to our website and in our offline offices ,
some of which include server cutovers to new and larger servers which can better handle our web traffic demand  ,
we are also upgrading our online customer service system servers which may create a delay in
responding to inquiries within our normal 24 - 48 hours response time .

At some point our online customer service servers will go down completely and online
customer service will be unreachable temporarily , if you are attempting to contact
online customer service and are unable to do so please remain patient as the server cutovers
should be completed within a 48 - 72 hour time frame, our techs are working as quickly as possibe to complete this task .
Please remain patient if awaiting a reply .
